All our clients receive contact details of our managers who are always available and happy to solve out any problems that may arise during the booking process or when the clients are in country.

Senses Journeys acts as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. We therefore, is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the traveler, including those occurring outside of the touring programs.

Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the quotation and confirmation times and are subject to change with or without notice before or during the tour. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.

Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the traveler and insurance organization.

Travelers are strongly advised to take out medical and health insurance for the duration of their trip. Senses Journeys does hold Public Liability Insurance which covers accidents as a result of a third party to the maximum amount of USD50,000 per claim.

All prices quoted to the Client/Agent are on a net basis and in United States Dollars and are valid according to the date specified on the tariffs and/or quotation and/or invoice issued to the client/Agent. Senses Journeys warrants that the prices quoted to the client/agent are applied and correct at the time of issuance of the Clients’/Agents’ quotation and/or invoice but are subject to change in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation without prior notice.

Reservations can be made by fax, telephone or email to our offices and will be confirmed soonest the same day whenever possible. A reservation is not assumed to have been made until it is confirmed black and white by an Senses Journeys person.

All hotel reservations must be prepaid at least 03 days or 72 hours before the client arrives otherwise they will automatically be cancelled. Same day reservations must be paid the same day. Reservations cannot be accepted for the same day if payment cannot be made that day.

Except as otherwise agreed by Senses Journeys, Client's payment shall be executed by cash, credit card or traveler cheques. Except for cash payment, a service bank charge may apply. In cases where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Senses Journeys bank account.

Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Senses Journeys must be paid by the Client/Agent.

Payment is due a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival or upon your acceptance of offer if booked less than 30 days from arrival.

Any cancellations should be made in writing. Cancellations made 31 days prior to the arrival of clients will not be subject to cancellation fees, except those according to the policies of hotels, airlines, cruises and other contractors which is informed with the confirmation.

Cancellations within 30 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to the following charges:

Between 30 days and 21 days before departure: 10% total tour cost
Between 20 days and 15 days before departure: 20% total tour cost
Between 14 days and 8 days before departure: 30% total tour cost
Between 7 days and 72 hours before departure: 50% total tour cost
Less than 72 hours before departure: 75% total tour cost
No-show on the day of departure: No refund

Special conditions: This policy may also be varied for holiday and peak season bookings. And according to the cancellation policies of hotels, airlines and other contractors, we are always flexible and confirm case by case the cancellation fee.
