Quy Nhon is the capital city of Binh Dinh province, a thriving seaside town, but yet untouched by mass tourism. It lies on the central coast of Vietnam, 320 km from Da Nang to the north, and 230 km from Nha Trang to the south. Quy Nhon was for centuries a cradle of the Cham civilization and evidence remains today of the spectacular towers they built. Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh, is the homeland of the most respected Vietnamese hero: Nguyen Hue. Being the cradle of the classic theatre “Tuong” and the martial art of Viet Nam, nowadays Quy Nhon is famous for its local products like bird’s nests.
